The Ph.D. student will join the RNA Architecture and Reactivity unit, focusing on the innovative targeting of oncogenic long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in melanoma. The project aims to establish a pipeline integrating chemical biology, biophysics, and AI for structure-guided targeting of lncRNAs, particularly LENT, which is essential for tumor cell survival. The candidate will utilize advanced biophysical techniques and computational modeling to explore RNA-ligand interactions and validate predicted compounds in melanoma cells.
