Postdoctoral Fellow on Development and Implementation of Novel Electronic-Structure Methods and Algorithms

The Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI) is looking for a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Laboratory for Materials Simulations. The role involves implementing mixed-precision numerical algorithms for electronic-structure problems, developing computational capabilities for complex materials, and providing support for PSI's science and user programs. Candidates should have a PhD in computational condensed-matter physics or equivalent, programming skills in C++, Fortran, Julia, and Python, and experience with parallel computing.
