Postdoc for E2Packman

The successful candidate will conduct research within the EU-funded E2Packman project on advanced electronic packaging. The role requires a strong research background in electronic packaging, heterogeneous integration, thermal management, and reliability. Candidates should have a demonstrated publication record and experience in multidisciplinary research environments. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential. The position is based in Delft and involves collaboration with industrial partners. The contract duration is 2 years, with a workload of 38-40 hours per week, and a salary range of €3546 - €5538.
