Professor of Organizational Behavior

The Yale School of Management is anticipating hiring a full-time, tenured professor in Organizational Behavior. Candidates should possess a Ph.D. or equivalent in organizational behavior or related fields such as psychology, sociology, or management, with a minimum of five years of faculty experience at a top-tier institution. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct research, publish, and teach in SOM’s PhD, master’s, and executive education programs.
