Postdoctoral Researcher in European Law/Sociology of Law and European Human Rights Justice

The research project investigates the role of non-governmental organizations and private foundations in influencing criminal policies through litigation at the Court of Justice of the EU. The recruited researcher will analyze disputes in areas such as abortion, LGBTQ rights, and counter-terrorism, contributing to various work packages that include legal, socio-legal, and political analyses. The position requires a PhD in sociology of law or political science of law, with proficiency in English and a basic level of French preferred.
