Lecturer Pool - Sociology

The Department of Sociology at the University of California, Berkeley is generating an applicant pool of qualified temporary instructors to teach a range of courses in the department should openings arise. Duties include undergraduate and graduate teaching, managing graders, holding office hours, advising students, and preparing course materials. Applicants must have an advanced degree or be enrolled in an advanced degree program at the time of application, with a preferred qualification of a Ph.D. at the time of appointment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
