Interdisciplinary PhD Candidate in Neuroscience and Bioinformatics

This PhD project at the CNRS Institute of Cellular and Integrative Neurosciences aims to explore how modern lifestyle-induced circadian disruptions affect brain function. The candidate will conduct experiments to monitor neuronal activity in mice and analyze complex datasets to identify neural signatures of circadian desynchronization. The project involves collaboration with the ICube laboratory and will utilize machine learning techniques for data analysis.
