Research Associate in Multidisciplinary Health Systems Leadership

The University of Leicester’s Centre for Healthcare Innovation, Policy and Management seeks a Research Associate to lead a systematic review on organisational and behavioural enablers of multidisciplinary health systems leadership. The role involves designing review protocols, conducting literature searches, data collection and analysis, and synthesising findings into research outputs. The successful candidate will collaborate with Professor Gregory Maniatopoulos and a multidisciplinary team, disseminate results at regional and national events, and contribute to future funding opportunities. Applicants must hold a PhD in health services research, sociology, health psychology or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in systematic review methodology and evidence synthesis.
