Radical Controlled Zeolite Synthesis for Enhanced Surface Acidity

This position focuses on developing methodologies for controlling radical formation in zeolite synthesis, aiming to enhance their acid properties. The researcher will conduct conventional syntheses, design a reactor for radical control, and characterize the resulting materials. The work is part of the CATREN team at ircelyon, which specializes in heterogeneous catalysis for energy transition, including biomass valorization and CO2 reduction. The candidate should have experience in porous materials preparation and characterization, with knowledge in photochemistry considered a plus.
