Computational Postdoc - Giustacchini Group

Join the Giustacchini group at Human Technopole as a Computational Postdoc, where you will lead the analysis of CAR T-cell samples from various clinical studies. This role involves developing computational workflows for integrating longitudinal single-cell and multiomic datasets, characterizing CAR T-cell dynamics, and interpreting complex datasets to identify mechanisms of therapeutic response. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to manuscripts and grant applications. A PhD in computational biology or a related field is required, along with experience in single-cell RNA-seq data analysis and proficiency in R and/or Python.
