PostDoc in Immunology

The Harrer lab is conducting translational research focused on immune responses in autoimmunity and viral infections. We are looking for a PostDoc to join our team on a project investigating the immune cell receptor repertoire in patients with ME/CFS and Post-COVID syndrome. The project aims to explore the detection of functional GPCR autoantibodies and the role of autoimmunity in these conditions, utilizing single-cell RNA sequencing to assess immune responses and the effectiveness of immunomodulatory therapies. Candidates should have a PhD in Immunology or a related field, with experience in primary cell culture, single-cell sequencing, and bioinformatics skills. Proficiency in English is required.
