PhD M/F - Energy Transfer in Turbulent Space Plasmas

The PhD project aims to quantitatively characterize energy transfer in turbulent space plasmas using datasets from spacecraft missions, high-performance computing, and theoretical approaches. The research will investigate the evolution of turbulence in the solar wind and planetary environments, focusing on energy dissipation mechanisms and the interplay with plasma wave propagation. The project includes research visits to Japan and collaborations with European institutions, enhancing the interdisciplinary research environment at École Centrale de Lyon.
