Postdoctoral Researcher in Gender+ Rights and Autocratization

The GUARDA Project at Universitat Pompeu Fabra seeks a postdoctoral researcher to contribute to research on global autocratization processes and gender rights. The role involves developing indicators for gender rights erosion, overseeing data collection, and conducting comparative research. A PhD in a relevant field and strong methodological skills are required. Excellent English proficiency is mandatory, while knowledge of Catalan or Spanish is a plus. The position is full-time for one year, starting no later than January 1, 2027.
