Postdoc in Nutritional Metabolomics

Join our innovative team at the Division of Food and Nutrition Science, where you will conduct research in nutritional metabolomics. The role includes developing quantitative methods for analyzing short-chain fatty acids and collaborating with students and other researchers. A doctoral degree in food science, nutrition, or related fields is required, along with strong communication skills in English.
