Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor

The Center for Humanities at The University of Texas at Austin is seeking applications for tenure-track and tenured faculty positions at the ranks of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor, starting in the 2026–2027 academic year. Candidates from all relevant disciplines, including History, Literature, Politics, Political Economy, Classics, Religion, and Philosophy, are encouraged to apply. A Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree is required. Applications must include a CV, cover letter, scholarly writing sample, and references. Screening begins on August 17, 2026, and continues until positions are filled.
