Postdoctoral Research Fellow (Chip Technologies)

Tampere University and Tampere University of Applied Sciences are looking for 12 Postdoctoral Research Fellows in semiconductor technologies. The positions are full-time and fixed-term for 3 years, focusing on fundamental technology and methods development. Successful candidates will design and implement their research, publish results, and work in a collaborative environment with access to excellent research infrastructure. Applicants must have a relevant doctoral degree by the application deadline of 31 August 2026 and fluent English skills. The starting date is negotiable but no later than 1 July 2027.
