This postdoctoral project aims to explore, design, and evaluate energy-proportional NoC architectures for AI-oriented multi-chiplet systems. It will involve characterizing traffic generated by different model families, developing benchmarks, and studying reconfigurable topologies and adaptive routing strategies. The goal is to reduce energy consumption while maintaining performance, evaluated through simulation tools and metrics such as power consumption and latency. The candidate must hold a PhD in relevant fields and demonstrate autonomy, teamwork, and proficiency in scientific English.
