The postdoc will work on an ERC Starting Grant-funded project investigating how Shigella and Listeria hijack the host actin cytoskeleton to move inside infected cells. The project aims to understand the molecular and structural regulation of this process using biochemical reconstitution, fluorescence microscopy, and structural biology techniques. Candidates should have a PhD in a relevant field and experience with protein production, purification, and microscopy techniques.
