Research Associate in Machine Learning for Astronomical Imaging

The University of Cambridge is looking for two Research Associates to join a research programme focused on machine learning for astronomical imaging. The successful candidates will develop innovative AI methods for detecting and characterizing low surface brightness structures in astronomical data. They will also build software to apply these methods to large datasets and publish their findings in peer-reviewed journals. A PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
